The Melrose Area Festival of the Arts will be featuring art displays at the Melrose City Center and the Freeport State Bank. The Melrose Public Library will host a book display and author readings. A variety of art will be available for purchase by individual artists. The Melrose Senior Center will once again be hosting a quilt display and demos.  A variety of workshops will also be offered, from crocheting and cake decorating to painting.
